About

Dr. Goulding

As a psychologist in private practice, I hold space for people dealing with difficult and/or complicated life transitions and events of the past or present that have them conflicted, confused, and/or concerned about their own mental health status or that of another. Clients include other licensed providers and pre-licensed providers-in-training. As an integrative clinician I believe that psychotherapeutic intervention is not "one size fits all" and have a variety of techniques to meet the unique needs of those who invite me to work with them. We collaborate as a team to identify goals and steps to meet them in a way that is client-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. As a person I benefit from a mix of activity and downtime, and solitude and social time. With a renewed appreciation for being outdoors, interest in spiritual development, and desire for physical fitness, I too continue to learn and grow as I explore and integrate yoga, pilates, walks, and treks into my mental health and wellness repertoire.
