Sandra M. Goulding
Trained and experienced as a psychologist, I originally occupied a combination of roles (e.g., instructor, researcher, supervisor, clinician) across multiple settings (e.g., university, medical centers, private practice). As with many, in March 2020, I quickly began utilizing virtual platforms to fulfill responsibilities for those roles. Since then, I transitioned into becoming a digital nomad providing similar services through those platforms.
As a thinking-feeling being, I know it is important to learn how to identify, develop, and make use of our own internal knowledge as we learn how to research, select, and employ resources external to us in situationally effective ways. Decisions are more personally meaningful and informative to us, and we realize we have who and what it takes to navigate the chosen and unchosen challenges in our personal-professional lives.
As a trauma-informed coach (global) and licensed psychologist (U.S.A./PSYPACT states), interpersonal, cognitive, and somatic approaches inform my interactions with clients and colleagues as we learn how to set and achieve outcomes that are more aligned with their internal sense self and current vision of their future self. They become more adept at and confident in their own abilities to explore, select, develop, and initiate actionable plans for success and fulfillment across a wide variety of concerns and circumstances.
